All entries needing electricity, must know 2 weeks in advance prior to the show. The Dallas Conv. Center charges $72.50 per booth.

Rules and Regulations:
Roll In normally takes place Friday and 5:00 pm till 9:00pm and Saturday 6:00 am till 9:00am.
As a participant of the HIT ENTERTAINMENT events, (collectively the "Events"), I agree to hereby hold harmless the organizers, sponsors and participants of the "Events" from any claims of loss and/or harm regarding same event. I agree to abide by all standards and rules set forth by judges and organizers of same event. I hereby agree to accept under reasonable conditions the final judgment and award of prizes of the participating judges of same event. In addition, I allow the "Events" and selected sponsors photo rights of my vehicle taken at the event for use in any form or manner. I understand and accept all rules. If vehicles are not checked in 30 minutes prior to the end of roll in, we will accommodate vehicles waiting on standby. It is highly advised for competitors to show up early. In the event that space is no longer available, you will receive two wristbands and have the vehicle's registration transferred to the next event.
· You will receive 2 wristbands when you check in along with your competition package.
· Fuel regulation for indoor venue is generally between 1/8 tank to empty
· Placement will be given on a first-come, first-serve basis unless coordinated in advance.
· All vehicles are required to disconnect batteries & leave hoods open once parked.
· Roll Out will begin at 7pm once all spectators have cleared the premises.
Approval: All entries subject to approval by staff. Hit Entertainment reserves the right to refuse any entry deemed inappropriate.
